VCE (Victorian Certificate of Education)
The Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) is the certificate that the majority of students in Victoria receive on satisfactory completion of their secondary education. The VCE provides diverse pathways to further study or training at university or TAFE and to employment.
VCE teachers are required to attend regional programs to be informed of the latest teaching directives and ideas in their field. A team is presently designing a new Year 7 curriculum more responsive to the VELS curriculum specifically in Personal Learning and ICT.
Korumburra Secondary College maintains a proud tradition of excellence in education in a caring environment.
Information regarding subjects and curriculum within our senior school can be found in the following handbook.
